The yoga holidays are based on half-board accommodation. Lunch is regarded as extra however, the beach menu of the hotel is reasonabily priced, bearing in mind that students would want to spend the day on the jetty. You may either choose dishes from our beach menu or from the Japanese Lunch menu, which is served only during lunch time. The Japanese Lunch menu consists of dishes, which are examples of Japanese Home Cooking. The Japanese food is prepared by the Japanese hostess of the hotel.
The open-buffet breakfast includes a diverse range of breads, cheese, pastries, olives, jam, ham, honey, eggs and tea & coffee.
The dinner menu, on the other hand, is prepared to reflect the Turkish cuisine so that students will feel the touch of the country they are in.

ATAMI HOTEL'S YOGA HOLIDAY PROGRAMME FOR 2010
Paradise Bay is one of the few undisturbed and secluded bays in the Bodrum Peninsula, with its crystal clear waters reflecting all tones of blue. The sea is like an aquarium where you can see all kinds of fish without the help of a snorkel... The bay is also called 'Ilica bay' ' (thermal spring bay) as sweet water comes out from the bottom of the sea.

* Yoga areas within the garden are located away from communal areas of the hotel in order to provide privacy and seclusion. All you will hear is the sound of crickets and the sound of waves washing the shore. Yoga areas within the garden can comfortably accomodate up to 10 students.
* Poolside yoga area can accommodate up to 20 students.
Please note that the choice of yoga areas depend on yoga teachers' preference.
